  • Standard Regions: Orders are primarily shipped via tracked courier services.

  • Remote or Less Accessible Areas: Deliveries to certain remote locations may be handled by postal services (e.g., Royal Mail) or specialized carriers. This may result in longer transit times and potentially different tracking details.

  • Special Items: Fragile, high-value, or oversized items may be shipped via designated services for added protection.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Due to My Error (Wrong/Damaged Item): I will cover the full cost of return shipping and resend the correct item.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges: For change of mind or size exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to my address. I will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

9. Prohibited Items
