  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect when it arrives.

2. Refund Process
After I receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be given for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by you.

  • Clearance, sale, or reduced‑price items (unless defective).

  • Original shipping costs (unless an error was made on my part).
